How we list suppliers

Couples should be able to trust what they read here. These are the rules every listing follows.

Who gets listed

Any wedding venue on the council's register, any supplier named on a Warwickshire venue's own recommended-supplier list, and any supplier serving Warwickshire weddings who asks to be listed. We don't charge to be listed.

How listings are checked

• A full profile is only published once we have checked the business's own website. It shows the date it was last checked.
• Facts such as base town, services and areas covered come from the business itself.
• "Recommended by" means the venue names the supplier on its own published list. We link to that list so you can see it.
• We don't publish star ratings or reviews unless we can link to where they come from, and we never filter or adjust them.

How listings are ordered

Featured listings come first. After that, suppliers named by more Warwickshire venues come higher, then the rest in A to Z order. Paying never changes how other suppliers are described.

What "Featured" means

Featured listings are promoted places at the top of a category or area page, limited to three per page and always labelled "Featured".

After you enquire

Your enquiry goes straight to the supplier you chose. For non-featured suppliers, the thank-you page may suggest a few similar suppliers, chosen by the same rules as above. We only email you suggestions if you tick the box asking for them.

Corrections

If anything is wrong, tell us and we will fix it, normally within a week.
